Yes. You can sign up any time for a free trial, no credit card needed. You can test our standalone web platform and our Shopify native application with 8 free credits and decide if you want to upgrade to one of our paid plans.

Credits are used to submit product photos for editing. Each credit allows you to edit 1 photo. For example, if your product has 4 photos you’d like to submit for editing, it will require 4 credits.

Our monthly plans include a batch of credits you can use during that month. At the end of each month your credit balance will reset and you’ll receive a new batch of credits according to the plan you’re subscribed to.

Yes! feel free to upload cropped images and Botika will automatically merge the AI model you chose into your original photo while keeping a natural and super realistic result.

We currently support on-model and headless images. This means we require the original photo you submit for editing to include a person wearing the clothes/items presented.

We chose this approach as it allows us to generate hyper-realistic results, while keeping the clothes and garment look true to reality.

Now in Beta, Botika also supports flat-lay images, packshots and ghost mannequin photos. 

If our, our algorithms cannot render a photo it will mark the image as “unsupported”. Important to note, unsupported images won’t count against your credit balance and you will be able to use them again with other photos.

Botika’s fully automatic AI workflow typically processes photos within 15 minutes.

Our photo rendering process may take slightly longer compared to other Generative AI solutions. This is because our approach prioritizes detail sensitivity and realism, ensuring that the final results meet high-quality standards. Our AI engine meticulously preserves critical elements from the original photo, such as clothing and the model’s pose. Subsequently, it seamlessly integrates the chosen AI model and background into the image. This meticulous approach allows us to generate stunningly realistic results, virtually indistinguishable from photos taken in a professional studio setting.

In the event of any issues with the generated photos, we offer a complimentary correction revision per photo to ensure your satisfaction with the final outcome.

We currently don’t support using your own models and backgrounds or customizing features on Botika’s models (makeup, hairstyle, expression, etc.), since it jeopardizes results’ quality.

Each of our models and backgrounds is developed in-house and configured to look super realistic and natural in most photo conditions. Until we support customizing the models, we make sure to constantly diversify our gallery, so you have a large enough selection of models which caters to all your needs.

We currently offer more than 52 models – both male and female, and 18 background options.
