How do I contact you?

Can I create my own models or backgrounds?

Not yet. We don’t support custom models or backgrounds to keep the quality high. But we’re always adding new options, with over 50 models and dozens of backgrounds available. If you need something specific, let us know via [email protected] or our in app chat service.

Does Botika have kids or baby models?

Not yet, but we may in the future. If you're interested, let us know via [email protected] or our in app chat service.

Can I upload headless or cropped images?

Definitely. Upload your cropped photo, and Botika will perfectly blend the AI model into it, keeping things natural and realistic.

What image formats and resolutions can I use?

You can upload photos in PNG, JPG, and WEBP formats, with up to 4K resolution depending on your plan. Results are available JPG and PNG files, sized perfectly for social media.

How soon will my photos be ready?

It takes about 15 minutes for our AI to process your photos. We take extra time to ensure your images look like they were shot in a studio. If there's an issue, we’ll fix it for free.

What are credits and how many do I need?

Generating photos requires credits, with each photo costing 1 credit. For example, if you want to upload 4 photos for a product, it will cost you 4 credits. To estimate how many credits you'll need, multiply the number of products or SKUs by the average number of photos per SKU on your website.

How do I get started?

Getting started with Botika is simple – just upload photos of your clothing products. You can take them with your smartphone, get them from suppliers, or even use customer photos. No need for professional photography. Start with a free trial today

What is Botika?

Botika is a generative AI platform that helps clothing brands and retailers make beautiful and realistic fashion photos using virtual models.It simplifies the photo creation process, saves money and helps you get your clothing collections out to customers quicker.

Product FAQs

Can I customize clothing or models using my own prompts?

We don’t offer the ability to make images from text or custom prompts. Instead, we enhance photos you already have, like those with models or flat lays. Our AI can’t create new clothing or generate new models. Simply upload a clothing photo, pick a model, a pose (for flat lays), and a background.

What do I do if there are issues with my photo?

You can get a free revision  by clicking on the "Photo Issue" button to request a fix. Revisions typically take 1-5 business days based on your plan

  • Advanced: 3 revisions, up to 1 day.
  • Pro: 2 revisions, up to 2 days.

Free/Lite: 1 revision, up to 5 days.

Why are some photos marked as “unsupported”?

It means our AI engine couldn’t render your photo for various reasons. 
We currently support on-model  photos (i.e. the photo must include someone wearing the clothes). We also launched a beta for flat-lays and packshots, currently supporting tops like T-shirts and sweatshirts. 

Unsupported photos won’t use your credits and can be used again in new projects within the same billing cycle.

How many images can I upload per day?

You can upload up to 100 photos daily. Any extras will be processed the next day, not within your plan’s turnaround time.

Can I use your service for jewelry, footwear, or cosmetics?

Right now, we only focus on clothing to ensure top-notch, realistic results. We plan to add more categories in the future. Stay tuned.

Can I use accessories in my photo?

If your model is wearing glasses, hats, or jewelry, our AI will try to keep them as close as possible to the original. But since we don’t officially support accessories yet, they might be removed, slightly changed, or look just like the original. To avoid any issues, it’s best to keep the photo “accessory-free” until we officially support them.

What types of photos and poses can I use with Botika?

We currently offer two types of workflows:

  • On-model photos: The original photo needs to show someone wearing the clothes. The pose and the person's body type in the photo won't change in the new version. This helps us create realistic results with new AI models and backgrounds.
  • Flat lays: We have a beta version for flat lays and packshots, currently supporting tops like T-shirts and sweatshirts. In this workflow, you’ll need to choose a model, pose, and background for the new photo. Keep in mind that the consistency of the results is still improving.

Pricing & Billing

What is the difference between the annual and monthly plans?

Annual plans offer discounts and allow credit rollover from month to month. Monthly plans don’t roll over credits; they reset every month.

What if I run out of credits?

We now offer maximum flexibility as you can start any plan with as low as 20 credits per month and add mid-month up to 500 photos for that month.

Do I need to pay usage rights fees to use the generated photos?

No. All of the photos you generate on the Botika platform are free from usage rights fees and you can use them freely for commercial use.

There are a few restrictions regarding reselling the photos without permission, presenting and using Botika’s AI-models as real models or your own creation, etc. If you would like to learn more, please review our terms of service.

How do I know when will my credits expire?

Credits on monthly plans expire after a month. You can check your renewal date on your billing page

How do I check my remaining credits?

Your credit balance is displayed in the top right corner of your screen. It shows how many credits you’ve used out of your total.

For example, if you’ve used 15 out of 60 credits, it will say: 15 credits of 60 used.

What happens to my unused credits?

Monthly credits must be used within the month. They don’t roll over. When your plan renews, you’ll get a new batch of credits.

Annual plans let you roll over credits and include discounts. More details can be found here.

Can I make changes to my plan?

Yes, you can change your subscription anytime.When you are logged into your account go the “Billing” page. In the main menu on the top right, click “change plan” to switch plans or “Cancel Subscription” to cancel.

No refunds are given, but you’ll keep access until your billing cycle ends.

If you upgrade, you’ll get extra credits immediately and pay a prorated amount for the rest of the period.

Downgrades take effect in the next cycle, so you can use your current credits.

If you cancel, you can still use your credits until the cycle ends.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay with PayPal.

What are credits?

Credits let you submit product photos for editing. One credit equals one photo. So, if you upload 4 photos, you’ll need 4 credits. Your monthly plan comes with a certain number of credits. These credits reset each month, giving you a fresh batch.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. You can sign up any time for a free trial, no credit card needed. You can test our platform with 8 free credits and decide if you want to upgrade to one of our paid plans.
